FECA Flowchart

The National Border Patrol Council had the following flowcharts developed to help bargaining unit employees in determining what to do under the Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) when injured on the job.  We hope these flowcharts prove to be useful for representatives assisting employees and for employees independently seeking information.
